HOME TOWN: Ben's Workshop
Season 2 / Episode 1 Featuring the Veterans Memorial Museum The Veterans Memorial Museum is excited to announce that the Season 2 premier episode of HGTV’s HOME TOWN: Ben’s Workshop, December 26th at 9:00 p.m. (CST), on DISCOVERY+, will feature the museum. In this episode, Ben Napier, along with his guest star Scott Eastwood create a new display case for the VMM’s relic piece of the USS Arizona.
The VMM, one of only a handful of museums and memorials blessed to be a recipient of a piece from the USS Arizona Relics Program, was extremely excited about the prospect of having Ben create a unique display for such a special piece of our nation’s history. On December 7th, 2021, the nation recognized 80th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor and the sinking of the USS Arizona. The public is invited to view this wonderful new display at the Veterans Memorial Museum, open Wednesday thru Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There is no charge for admission to the museum.
